Description

PRS Gen 3 is a drop-in upgrade kit for the AR-10 and AR-15 family of rifles that blends the ruggedness and stability of fixed stock with modularity and solid cheek rest in any position. PRS 3 is best used with DMR high-precision firearms.

The stock is injection-molded from high-quality polymers used for all Magpul products. Additional corrosion-resistant metal components are also used in the construction. This makes the stock durable and lightweight without mitigating resistance to impacts and shocks. PRS Gen 3 is fully adjustable in length of pull and height of the cheek rest. The adjustment is made via aluminum knobs with positive locking click detents. The stock has multiple sling attachment points - front and rear QD pushbutton slots on each side and a classic sling loop. A rubberized, anti-slip butt pad with a rollover toe helps allow for faster shouldering and easier weapon transitions. It is adjustable in height and cant as well. Additional two M-LOK slots on the bottom of the stock allow attachment of monopods for enhanced stabilization during shooting.

The stock is optimized for rifle-length receiver extensions. However, it is still compatible with multiple carbine-length Mil-Spec and A5-length buffer tubes.

Please note on Schmeisser AR 15 the Castle Nut must be changed to a original Mil. Spec.

Also if there is a Com. Spec Buffer tube currently on the rifle it must be swapped to a Mil. spec. Buffer tube.
